Placing An Order
All dollar amounts on the website are in Canadian dollars.
By completing the checkout and submitting an order through our website, you are agreeing to pay, in full, the prices of the items selected and all applicable taxes, either by credit card or another permitted payment method.
In order to complete an order, you may be required to provide certain additional information that is required to process your order. If you do not complete or improperly complete your order, it may not be accepted or acknowledged. We reserve the right to change the permitted methods of payment at any time.
During the authorization process when you submit your order, your card is validated and must have enough available funds for the transaction to be approved. Upon approval, the order will be prepared for delivery. If you fail to pay any fees or charges when due, we reserve the right to charge such amount directly to the credit card as provided by you at the time you submitted your order. You are responsible and liable for any fees, including legal costs and collection costs, that we may incur in its efforts to collect any unpaid balances from you.
Once your order is submitted online, it will be placed in the queue in priority sequence. Once your order is submitted, it cannot be changed you cannot add or delete items.
Intended Use and Restrictions
The material on the website is owned or licensed by Paeez Fine Foods and is intended to be viewed by users in Canada only. As the website is business and commercial site, access to the website is not intended for use by and may not be legally accessed by persons under the age of sixteen (16) years old.
Paeez Fine Foods makes no claim that the information located on the website is appropriate for or may be downloaded legally by users from outside of Ontario.
Subject to Paeez Fine Foods Privacy Policy that restricts the use of personal data, any material, information or ideas that you as a user transmit or post on the website by any means whatsoever will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and may be disseminated or used by Paeez Fine Foods for any purpose it deems appropriate.

In addition, there are numerous other trademarks, product names, company names, logo service marks, and/or trade dress indicated on the websites that are the property of their respective owners and are displayed by Paeez Fine Foods under license therefrom. You are prohibited from using any trademarked materials without the express prior written permission of Paeez Fine Foods and/or the licensor.

Items listed on the website may not be available or in-stock at all times for purchase on the website or at the store. Paeez Fine Foods reserves the right to correct, at any time, any pricing on the website or in Paeez Fine Foods store. While the website is updated regularly, prices, selection, and availability, including the availability of promotional offers, may vary and are subject to change without notice. Paeez Fine Foods will not be responsible for any loss or damages arising from such updates or changes.
In cases where we custom-cut or select variable weight items (such as certain meats or produce or other items priced by weight (ie, kg/grams), the per-item price you see on the website is estimated based on the weight you select on the website. The final price of these items will be based on the same price per weight indicated on the website when you completed your checkout and submitted your order, but the final price is determined once we have prepared and weighed your order, and will appear on the invoice at the time of the delivery. For such products, the prices you pay are always based on the actual final weight of your products. If you are not satisfied with the final price and weight, you have the right to remove the product from your order.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Paeez Fine Foods disclaims any and all warranties and conditions – express or otherwise – for, nor shall Paeez Fine Foods be held responsible for the quality of, any merchandise displayed on the website.
Promotions
We may make various promotional offers from time to time on the website. Some offers may be informational, web-based only and not available as an in-store offer or promotion. Not all offers and/or promotions available in-store may be available on the website. We ask that you review the guidelines associated with each special offer, as they will differ.
